How Doxlair uses the Scope of Work
Your Scope of Work is the baseline Doxlair uses to support change order documentation and detect missed scope.
The scope is your contract baseline
Once saved, the Scope of Work becomes the reference point for everything that's officially included in the project. Any work that falls outside it is a candidate for a change order.
Where it's used
- 1AI Monitor compares new field notes and daily field reports against the scope to flag potential out-of-scope work as CO opportunities.
- 2Change order drafting uses the scope as context so AI-generated scope narratives stay consistent with the original contract language.
- 3The Change Order Score checks whether a change order clearly explains how the work falls outside the documented scope.
Keep it current
If the contract scope changes formally (for example, a signed amendment), update the Scope of Work so future AI detection and scoring stay accurate.
