Doxlair Partner Program Terms
Effective Date: Upon activation of Partner Program Version 2
1. Program Overview
The Doxlair Contractor Partner Program allows approved partners to share Doxlair with contractor audiences. Approved partners may receive a unique partner code and/or tracking link. Doxlair may pay partner rewards for qualified referred subscribers.
Participation is subject to approval by Doxlair. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
2. Who May Participate
Partners may include contractor educators, influencers, consultants, bookkeepers, estimators, coaches, trade professionals, and other approved individuals or organizations with contractor audiences.
- Doxlair may approve, reject, pause, or remove a partner at its discretion.
- Partners must provide accurate information during application and throughout program participation.
- Partners must use the same email approved for the program when accessing the partner dashboard.
3. Partner Codes and Tracking Links
Approved partners may receive a unique partner code and/or referral link. The current referral link format may include:
www.doxlair.com/money-recovery?ref=PARTNERCODE
- Partner codes and links are for approved partner use only.
- Doxlair uses tracking links, partner codes, cookies/local storage, and subscription data to attribute referrals.
- Tracking may not be perfect in all cases.
- Doxlair has final authority over attribution decisions.
4. Customer Offer
Referred contractors may start the standard free trial and subscribe at normal published plan pricing. No partner-specific subscription discount is offered.
- The offer applies only to eligible first-time subscribers.
- Existing or former paid subscribers may not be eligible.
- Customers may use only one partner promotion code.
- If a customer cancels and restarts later, they may not use another partner promotion code.
5. Partner Compensation
The contractor partner commission is up to $250 per eligible paid subscriber in three installments: $100 after Day 45, $75 after Day 75, and $75 after Day 105.
A qualified subscriber must become a paid Doxlair subscriber and remain active through the required qualification period. Each new installment requires a current paid subscription, no unresolved refund or dispute, and sufficient cumulative net collected subscription revenue ($100, $175, and $250 respectively). Friday is the scheduled payout review day.
Rewards are not earned on:
- Free users or trial-only users
- Users who canceled before completing the qualification period
- Refunded subscriptions or chargebacks
- Duplicate accounts, internal/test accounts, or fraudulent accounts
- Customers who already used another partner promotion code
- Doxlair may review and approve commissions before payout.
- Payouts are manual unless Doxlair later provides automated payouts.
- Doxlair may require tax information such as a W-9 before issuing payment.
- Doxlair may withhold payment for suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or incomplete payout/tax information.
6. Commission Eligibility Rules
A commission is eligible only when:
- The referred customer is new to Doxlair or otherwise eligible under Doxlair's rules.
- The customer used the partner's approved code or tracking link.
- The customer became a paid subscriber.
- The customer remained paid through the qualification period.
- The customer did not receive a refund or chargeback during the qualification period.
- The referral was not self-referred, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible.
- The customer did not previously use another partner promotion code.
7. Lifetime Partner Promo Restriction
Partner referral attribution is limited to one credited partner per customer, including subscription cancellations and restarts. Old partner-specific discount codes are not issued for new referred subscriptions. This rule may be enforced by user account, organization/account, email address, Stripe customer ID, subscription history, referral records, or other available information.
8. Prohibited Activities
Partners may not:
- Spam people by email, text, DM, phone, or automated messaging
- Use misleading claims or promise guaranteed recovered money
- Claim Doxlair guarantees payment or change order approval
- Claim Doxlair provides legal advice
- Misrepresent their relationship with Doxlair
- Use fake accounts or self-referrals
- Bid on Doxlair brand terms in paid search without permission
- Use Doxlair trademarks in misleading domain names or social handles
- Promote Doxlair on illegal, deceptive, offensive, or inappropriate sites
- Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives
- Modify Doxlair branding without approval
- Hide required disclosures
- Use bots, fake clicks, fake leads, or fraudulent traffic
9. Approved Claims
Partners may say:
- Doxlair helps contractors organize change order documentation.
- The Change Order Money Leak Audit helps contractors identify where change order money may be leaking.
- Doxlair is built for contractors dealing with scope changes, field notes, verbal approvals, and unpaid extras.
- Doxlair can help contractors create cleaner change order records.
- Doxlair does not guarantee payment or legal outcomes.
10. Required Disclosures
Partners must clearly disclose if they may earn compensation. Disclosures must be easy to see and understand, and should appear in the promotion itself — not only in a bio or hidden link.
Acceptable disclosure examples:
- "I'm a Doxlair partner and may earn a commission if you subscribe."
- "Paid partnership with Doxlair."
- "Sponsored by Doxlair."
- "Use my code [CODE]. I may earn a commission if you subscribe."
Partners are responsible for complying with FTC endorsement/disclosure rules and any applicable laws or platform rules.
11. Content and Brand Usage
- Doxlair may provide logos, graphics, scripts, captions, and other assets for approved promotional use.
- Partners may use approved Doxlair materials only to promote Doxlair.
- Partners may not alter Doxlair logos or branding in a misleading way.
- Doxlair may request edits or removal of partner content that is inaccurate, noncompliant, or harmful to the brand.
12. Content Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, partners own their own content. By tagging, submitting, or sending promotional content to Doxlair, partners grant Doxlair permission to view, review, and reference it for program administration.
If Doxlair wants to reuse a partner's content in ads, website pages, or marketing materials, Doxlair will either get permission or follow a separate agreement with that partner.
13. Partner Dashboard and Reporting
Approved partners may access a partner dashboard. Dashboard data may include clicks, audit completions, trials, paid subscribers, commissions, and referral statuses.
Dashboard data is provided for convenience and may be adjusted for fraud, refunds, duplicate accounts, tracking errors, or manual review. Doxlair's internal records control final commission decisions.
14. Payouts and Taxes
- Payments are made manually according to Doxlair's payout process.
- Doxlair may require a valid W-9 or other tax form before payout.
- Partners are responsible for their own taxes.
- Doxlair may issue tax forms if required by law.
- Payment timing may depend on commission approval, payout information, tax information, and fraud review.
15. Termination or Removal
Either party may end participation at any time. Doxlair may suspend or remove a partner for violation of terms, fraud, poor-fit promotion, brand risk, or program changes.
If a partner is removed, their code may be disabled. Pending commissions may be reviewed and may be paid, withheld, or voided depending on eligibility and reason for removal.
16. Changes to the Program
Doxlair may change the program, commission amount, qualification period, rules, assets, or terms at any time. Continued participation after changes means acceptance of updated terms.
17. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Partners are independent participants. Participation does not create an employment, franchise, joint venture, agency, or legal representative relationship. Partners cannot bind Doxlair to contracts or promises.
18. Limitation of Liability
Doxlair is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to program participation. Doxlair's liability related to the partner program is limited to unpaid approved commissions, if any, unless prohibited by law.
