What templates are for

Templates let you save a reusable change order structure — common line items, scope language, or pricing logic — so you don't have to rebuild it from scratch every time a similar situation comes up across different projects.

Using a template

1. 1Go to Templates in the main navigation.
2. 2Browse or search for a relevant template.
3. 3Select it when creating a new change order to pre-fill the scope narrative and structure.
4. 4Adjust the details for the specific project and situation.
