How to paste a Scope of Work manually
Enter your Scope of Work directly into Doxlair when you don't have a file to upload, or want full control over the text.
Who can do this
Admins and Project Managers can enter a Scope of Work manually.
Steps
- 1Open the project and go to the Scope of Work tab.
- 2Click Paste Scope of Work instead of Upload.
- 3Type or paste the scope text directly into the text field.
- 4Organize it into clear sections if it covers multiple trades or phases.
- 5Click Save.
When to use this
Manual entry is useful when your scope lives in an email thread, a contract clause, or a format that doesn't extract cleanly from a PDF. It's also the fastest option for short scopes.
