How to troubleshoot login issues
Fix the most common sign-in problems: forgotten passwords, expired invites, and wrong email addresses.

Forgot your password
- 1Go to the login page and click Forgot Password.
- 2Enter the email address associated with your account.
- 3Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.
Invite link not working
- 1Confirm you're clicking the most recent invite link sent to you — older links may have been replaced.
- 2Make sure you're logging in with the exact email address the invite was sent to.
- 3If the link still doesn't work, ask whoever invited you to send a new one from Settings → Team.
Wrong email address
If you signed up with a different email than the one your team invited, contact your company admin to either update the invite or merge access under the correct account.
