Why team members may not see the Daily Field Report form
Some Member accounts have read-only access to Daily Field Reports — here's how that's configured.
Read-only access for Members
Depending on how your organization has configured project access, Members may have view-only access to Daily Field Reports rather than the ability to create new ones. This keeps the field record consistent when only certain roles are expected to log it.
Who can create reports
- 1Global Admin, Admin, and Project Manager — can create and edit Daily Field Reports.
- 2Member — read-only for Daily Field Reports in most configurations.
If a Member needs to log something
If a Member on site needs to document a field issue and doesn't have access to create a report, they should let a Project Manager or Admin know immediately so it gets logged the same day.
