Who can edit the schedule
- 1Global Admin and Admin — full access.
- 2Project Manager — full access for assigned projects.
- 3Member — view-only; cannot add tasks, edit dependencies, or change the work calendar.
Why it's restricted
Schedule changes ripple through dependent tasks and can affect client-facing commitments, so editing is limited to roles responsible for managing the project timeline. Members can still view the schedule to stay informed about dates and milestones.
