How to navigate Doxlair
A quick tour of the main areas of the app: Dashboard, Projects, Change Orders, Schedule, Daily Field Reports, Templates, Settings, and the Help Center.
Main navigation areas
- 1Dashboard — your activity summary and change order pipeline.
- 2Projects — the list of all projects, where you create new ones and open existing ones.
- 3Schedule — pick a project to open its Gantt schedule, or manage assignees.
- 4Templates — reusable change order templates (hidden for Members).
- 5Settings — your account, company settings, and team management.
- 6Help Center — opens in a new tab so you never lose your place in the app.
Inside a project
Open any project to find its own set of tabs: Overview, Field Notes, Daily Field Reports, Change Orders, Scope of Work, Schedule, Assignees, and AI Monitor (if enabled). What you see here depends on your role.
