Understanding the Doxlair dashboard
What the dashboard cards, prompts, and project summaries mean, and how to use them to stay on top of your projects.
What's on the dashboard
The dashboard is your home base after logging in. It summarizes activity across all the projects you have access to, so you can see what needs attention without opening each project individually.
- 1Summary cards — totals for active projects, open change orders, and change order value in your pipeline.
- 2Recent activity feed — a timeline of recent change order, field note, and approval events.
- 3Change order pipeline — value of change orders grouped by status (draft, sent, approved, rejected).
- 4Onboarding prompts — shown to new accounts until you create your first project or change order.
Who sees what
Members with restricted access only see activity for the projects they've been assigned to. Admins and global admins see activity across the whole organization.
